Cleaning and Maintenance

Outdoor coil rinse and debris clearing
Basic indoor blower inspection
Drain line flush and treatment
Condensate pan and overflow protection checks
Condensate pump testing (if present)

The 28-point Safety Inspection

We run a structured inspection across:

System Operation: startup/shutdown, staging, temp readings, blower condition, duct connection checks
Electrical: voltage checks, amp draws, capacitor testing, contactor inspection, wiring condition, disconnect and fuses
Refrigerant and Coil Performance: pressures, superheat/subcool calculations, line insulation, coil condition, basic leak indicator checks
Condensate and Water Management: drain pan, drain flush, float switch (if present), condensate pump (if present), water damage checks
Seasonal Safety (Heating): safety switches/limits, burners and ignition (gas/oil), basic venting and combustion air

How it Works

FAQ

Do you service all HVAC system types?
Yes. We service most common residential systems, including central AC, heat pumps, furnaces, and boilers.
*Oil or gas boiler systems require a $25 add-on due to the additional inspection and service steps.

Is filter replacement included?
Yes. Filter replacement is included at no charge for labor.
Customers are responsible for the cost of the filter (we can supply it or install one you provide).

What does ''$50 credit toward a new system'' mean?
Each year you stay enrolled earns a $50 credit that applies toward a new system purchase.
